Urology Territory Manager

The Urology Territory Manager, will sell a comprehensive range of Urology products to the Primary and Secondary Care Market. In addition, will also meet the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients within a highly competitive marketing environment following an intensive training induction programme.

The job role is a full time position.

  • To deliver sales growth whilst at the same time delivering high service levels to customers.
  • To treat the business as your own, by implementing professional sales and marketing support activities, that position Clinisupplies as a company that fully understands the needs of its customers in an ever changing NHS.
  • To provide excellent standards in territory / journey and business preparation and planning.
  • To provide an excellent understanding of the Selling Process
  • Thorough understanding of how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor operates
  • The ability to position yourself as a vital part of Clini product and services being offered.
  • To embrace the “Clini Sales Academy”.
  • Thorough understanding of both Secondary & Primary Care within the NHS
  • To work away from home as and when requested, and to expect overnight stays due to meetings.
  • Ability to function at all levels of the NHS, as well as within a Sales Culture Team environment.
  • Accurate and urgent follow-up and pursuit of new business opportunities
  • Total understanding of the importance of retention of customers equally as important as selling new business.
  • Ability to understand the ever changing face of the NHS.
  • Keep and populate comprehensive customer information via a CRM system
  • Deliver and exceed agreed budgets.
  • To achieve the overall growth targets for various product lines within the company product and service portfolio
  • To fully understand the Monthly Sales report, provide supporting sales analysis, and allocate time each month to study the plan.
  • To ensure we deliver excellent levels of retention with our respective customer portfolio- including keeping close to all KOLs.
  • To update weekly company IT requirements such as CRM, Wellards, Calendars and Monthly TM reports to RBM.
  • To assist colleagues when required for training purpose, i.e. roll outs.


Whilst personality and personal profile is the key indicator to success, previous experience supported by evidence of personal activity and resultant success is ideal in order to facilitate faster time to results following on boarding

Desirable experience

  • Thorough understanding of the Sales Process and how it fits with each layer of the NHS.
  • Thorough understanding of both Primary and Secondary Care Clinical background.
  • A clear understanding of the Key Account Management approach to their respective estate.
  • The ability to function and ‘tailor’ sales approaches to the multi-layered NHS.
  • A clear understanding of the Urology market and its competition and comprehensive understanding of the Clinisupplies product portfolio.
  • A clear understanding of how the NHSSC and other roads to market function.
  • Financial understanding of the internal budget planning process.
  • Changing language of the NHS via World Class Commissioning, Q.I.P.P.S

Qualifications and skills

  • 2 Year + experience within the Sales Medical Device industry.
  • A previous track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
