Our specialist nurses provide personalised virtual guidance to help you use your Aquaflush system with confidence and establish a routine that works for you, all from the comfort of your own home.

1. Speak to your Healthcare Professional

If Aquaflush is appropriate for your needs, your healthcare professional can refer you to the Aquaflush Virtual Nursing Service.

2. We'll Contact You

A specialist nurse will review the referral and contact you, usually within 72 hours, to discuss next steps and arrange your appointment.

3. Attend Your Virtual Appointment

Join a one-to-one appointment from home via Microsoft Teams at a convenient time.

4. Receive Personalised Training and Support

Your specialist nurse will guide you through using your Aquaflush system, answer questions and help you establish a successful routine.

5. Ongoing Guidance

We'll continue to provide practical advice and support to help you build confidence in managing your treatment.
