Martin is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years' experience in the Urology and Continence Care arena. He worked in the NHS in clinical and education roles in both Cardiff and London before moving to the commercial sector 22 years ago. In his time in the commercial environment, he has held senior Marketing, Clinical and Regulatory leadership positions. Martin is passionate about improving health outcomes and education and he continues to provide clinical expertise and guidance in the development of new products and services in this sector. Martin lives with his partner Shaun and dog Hiro.
