Paul is an experienced product design and innovation leader who began his career in Hong Kong, spending seven years in product design and manufacturing. He later founded Product Resolutions, combining creative design with deep manufacturing expertise to help businesses bring successful products to market.

He went on to co-found Aquaflush Medical, which was acquired by Renew Medical in 2020, where he continued to support growth and product development. Following its acquisition by Clinisupplies, he has joined the business to drive further innovation.

Paul specialises in innovation strategy, end-to-end product development, manufacturing, scaling new ventures, and  is also known for making excellent coffee.
